Evidently it's a little bug, black, that likes to eat Expletive deleted. . These riots between blacks and latinos in the prisons are in the news again. Just wait till everybody figures out that the game is up.

The level of hatred is creepy. A Mexican cook told me about the little black insects. He says that blacks know all about this insult and will kill over it. Mexicans and Blacks in prison are rioting. Bad scene. Wonder what the Aryans are doing?

I spelled it wrong, it's majates (pronounced mai-YA-tays). Conditions are so bad in Los Angeles area jails that they can't get sufficient recruitment in the police departments because the new officers have to spend 5 years in jail duty. So I heard on the radio. I wonder just how the jail situation is going to work out when the money/energy problems start to get really bad. Remember what history and the news is telling us: civilization is not a given, madness can reign supreme and the world can become a very scary place. There are continuous new batches of teenagers to reach with the civilzation thing or fail. Ever see that movie River's Edge about the kids in the midwest who are so whacked out? My doomerosity levels rise when I think about how the situation with young people is so messed up (bad day at work). It could be that our society is like a big giant old tree that has rotted from the inside. Wouldn't take too much to knock it to dust.

Remember, race is a social construct and does not really exist. No one has explained this to the prisoners in Los Angeles.

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled last year that segregating prisoners by race is illegal. Sheriff's officials view the segregation as both morally and tactically unsound in the long run. California law prohibits segregation of prison populations by race.

Justifying segregation, even if people's safety or lives are at stake, is racist.

Does anyone want to be a racist?

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('PenultimateManStanding', 'I') spelled it wrong, it's majates (pronounced mai-YA-tays).

If it's pronounced mai-ya-tays then it should be spelt mellates.

Majates is pronounced Mah-ha-tez.

Here's my contribution to your slang. Pendejo!

Alright, puto, (putana?) it's mayate. Some google sites spell it majates for some reason. I called work to get the lowdown on the right spelling. Glad we cleared this matter up. Mexican insults are very rich.

pinche kids, they'll say anything. No pinche impulse control.

btw here's from a good Mexican slang site:
$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', 'm')ayate (noun, masc.) † homosexual note This word is equivalent to "faggot". (Mexican Spanish)
So the other meaning "nigger" is officially apocryphal until I get a chance to talk to my buddy Arturo.
The site: http://www.notam02.no/~hcholm/altlang/h ... ish.1.html
In either case, not a nice word to call an African American. I heard that the riots were spreading to San Bernardino and the Blacks want to be taken out of areas with Mexicans in them. Makes you wonder whose got the clout in prison. Demographics are perhaps favoring the Mexicans. I'm sure that the black guys are tough too so they must be outnumbered if this report is true and typical. Not a good sign for the future. Consider what will happen after their oil begins declining and that country is really screwed up. . . (maybe the Aryans and the Blacks will form an alliance against the Mexicans)

How about this one: zorrero (noun, masc.) a thief who robs your house and then shits in the floor note (Mexican Spanish); As an adjective, this word means sly or cunning.

OK, I called Arturo at home as he is on a day off. Majates which showed up on a google search is somebody's mispelling of mayates. And it means both 'faggot' and a racial slur against blacks depending on the context. As far as Arturo knows, it comes from a little bug that lives in feces, as I mentioned. It's no doubt being used a great deal in the jails with all this racial tension that's been going down. I'm fortunate to have met Arturo about 5 years ago because he teaches me the slang, which I then hear in school. The following event took place a couple of weeks ago: a boy wrote "puto" on the board and somebody's name. So I said the word and said, "calling him a puto? that's bad", so the little brat wrote "puto maestro" on the board. Well I know how to deal with these kinds of situations without bothering the school administrators. I started to display a temper and anger. I carefully escalated my feigned anger and the boy was getting very defensive. His friend was watching me and was the first to catch on. So I call the kid a "punk" and say I'm not going to take any insults from him, doing my Mel Gibson Lethal Weapon crazy guy routine to frighten the kid. At the right time I grinned and said, "erase the board" which he did without saying a word and then sat down.

These are sound points TJ (schwein, note the clever use of irony to make a point). Just another instance of common sense taking a back seat to ideology. All these problems that our society is trying to sort out will seem less pressing, I guess, when the really bad stuff starts happening. Or else it will explode in a cataclysm of tribe against tribe. Who knows, really. Won't be too long now before we all find out the fate of the "melting pot".
