I will say this. I do know a lot about Nigeria and not just the stuff the college kids are gleening off the net. I get emailed photos every now and then. I can also tell you that the walls around the Shell/PB compound in Port Harcourt are made of cinderblock, painted white and have razor wire portruding above. Monkeys can be seen from the edge of the compound because the jungle is right on the edge of the compound.
