Nice try, spec. A zygote is hardly a human being, and certainly not one entitled to any rights under the Constitution. At any rate, Roe v. Wade was about
right to privacy, not necessarily a 'right' to an abortion.

The scientific definition of life begins at fertilization. The Declaration of Indepedence clearly states as follows
"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."
So your right. Its the Declaration of Indepedence that clearly prohibits abortion.
Unless of course your going to try and deny scientific fact as to when life begins, as found
