Hey guys, even though I dont like these people in general it took me quite a long time to finally find a link to view this video that is all over the news. Apparently when the side the US is fighting tries to state its view freedom of expression do not apply. Well they apply to me. here it is

What do you have there; is that the new Al Qaeda TV feed?

I'm all in favor of being able to watch our enemies' broadcasts. Seeing Osama's smug face makes me want to puke (really! I get so damn sick of seeing his picture on news reports!), but aside from that little problem, it's better to be informed than not.

I kinda' doubt the US govt is censoring that stuff actively. More likely is that no one has decided to pick it up & post it regularly yet.

I actually think they might be supressing it or "encouraging" people not to post it. Like i said it took me quite a while to get this feed. First I tried all the major search engines... going back quite a few pages... after digging and digging I finally found this. I am pretty sure they dont want John Q. SUV hearing anything that alters thier worldview, or takes away from the propaganda they feed people through Fox.. et al

Prior to the Iraq entry I was amazed at how different was the information delivered by CNN/FOX and what I was getting from BBC/ France/Germany.

I would not be surprised if anything the other side was trying to put out was either ignored intentially or was being "jammed" in some way ( GOOGLE self cencering ).

memritv.org is one of my favorite sites. They have all kinds of translated middle-eastern TV. It is VERY enlightening to hear what these people think. It amazes me how many wild conspiracy theories hold water over there.

And I use firefox, and the video works fine. You just have to ignore the 'warning' messages you get.
