$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('Keith_McClary', '')$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('Specop_007', 'N')ever mind. I have a few pics of parks and stuff. Here you go
Your right. I really should get out and pick up all those bottles, needles, cans, papers and other trash littering our area.
The funny thing is? We keep our parks nicer then those other people keep their front lawn! Well....the front whatever it is.
Ah, your typical average American neighborhood park:

Which park is this? Or is it the lady's front lawn?
(EDIT) C'm'on, I'm curious.
Is it the grounds of your presidential palace?
Or part of the Microsoft "Campus"?
Or in some gated community for the fabulously rich?
Or perhaps, Prince Sultan's humble cottage in Vegas?
No no, I assure you its just a regular public park.
*EDIT*
Well, thats not *entirely* true. The section with the ducks is a regular park. The photo in question is a section of the park with a rose garden in it.
So no, that part probably isnt "typical" however the rest is.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('Specop_007', '')$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('MisterJoe', 'I') am sure they love to live like that?
wouldn't you??
I have to assume so as they take NO action to change it.
I mean shit, at the *very* least they could walk around and pick up the trash right? I mean please tell me these hard working, intelligent individuals arent so busy stuck in the office all day they dont have time to go pick up the bottles. That would be a shame to think those highly successful people are so busy at work they cant even spend a few hours doing a community cleanup project!
Wow! They must be REALLY HARD WORKERS!

Your attitude is so grossly condescending that I hope you are joking. How do you know those people don't live in the location where the garbage ends up from somewhere else, which is certainly possible. These people are probably spending every moment trying to figure out how to stay alive. We in the United States are borrowing our wealth on the basis of the reputation of our past. When that ends, you better hope you are dead, because I don't think you could handle it. What do you do for a living? From you attitude, it sounds to me like you are some sort of engineer if I had to place a wager.

JESUS!
Good guess on the career!
Otherwise, I'm not joking. I watched a Discovery show (Or some such educational show) one time. Some Green Peace workers were over in Africa helping the poor. At the time I thought "Wow, thats really cool!"
Guess who dug the well?
The aid workers. While those "hard working" locals stood around and watched.
They had a BIG FUGGIN python snake living nearby.
Guess who dug up the den and DRAGGED THE SNAKE OUT BY HIS TAIL?
The aid workers. The "hard working" locals stood around. They did back up a bit when the snake came out.
So dont blow smoke up my ass about how those people live in an area where garbage from other areas is brought in. I cant believe you'd be so naive as to think otherwise.
Lemme guess. Your the typical DumoCrat liberal. "We're all victims, its not our fault"
Suuuure.

You saw it in the idiot box, so it must be reality. Right.
Thats one story among many I've heard/seen/experienced.
You can sit in your own little pretty fictitious world.
I live out here in this thing called reality, and in this reality those people are LAZY SANDBAGGING HANDOUT TAKING...........
And if thats how they CHOOSE to live, then so be it. Let them live like that if its what they want. I myself CHOOSE not to live surrounded by filth and trash, even if my house wasnt the nicest house around.

So which park, where, please?
Its called Loose Park. You can find it by googling "Loose Park Kansas City". Its located around 50th and Wornall. Its actually not the best part of town, but not the worst by far. I wouldnt recommend taking the family down there at nighttime, although me and my friends have gone on occasion to play some hacky sack and just hang out.
Very nice park though. Kansas City has alot of water fountains, maybe I'll make a point here in the next few weeks to run around town and snap a few pics for this thread.

We have BIG FUGGIN grizzly bears and cougars around here. We would not be terribly impressed by aid workers dragging them out by their tails.
Man, I dunno about you but if anyone had the danglin steel pair to pull a grizzly or cougar out by the tail I'd be MOST impressed!!
