By rescue us do you mean they might eat our population down to a more sustainable size?

I was thinking more along the lines of being able to trade them primitive exotic trinkets for Mr. Fusion machines, but I guess that could work too. :wink:

It would be reassuring to find out that *somebody* was able to get past the peak oil thing. We could ask them how they did it. 8)
