Boiling, deny all you want, but we've just showed:

1) There was a permanent injunction issued by the Attorney General of the State of Oklahoma against Bea(trice) Thedford and The Walling Heirs organization, which also entered conclusions of law that violations of securities laws did occur.

2) A local news investigation did an expose on Beatrice Thedford this organization, calling it criminal activity and fraud

and

3) A lawsuit alleging fraud against Beatrice Thedford dba Walling Heirs Assoc. was initiated, and a default judgment was issued against her, and it seems it was only until a Sheriff's Writ of Execution was ordered that, four years later, was settled in lieu of trial...

And you should know this....free speech does not protect activity in furtherence of a criminal enterprise...

It could also be argued that since the Internet reaches Oklahoma, and since the JWHCC was enjoined from committing any further violations of securities statutes per the enforcement order, that this thread, and the JWHCC website is prima facie proof of such violations...

These are potentially felony violations...

Nice research ONW!!!

I looked up DaGrizz and company posts yesterday. All of DaGrizz's posts were pumping this BS, not a single post on another thread. The guy starts the thread promising riches for all and after it goes quiet for a couple months starts pimping it again. I feel sorry people who fall for these scams. Why do they need money? There are plenty of law firm who would jump on this for a cut---if they thought there was a case.

Let's see, 150 years ago, in the lawless west, some guy gets pushed off his land. Wow, that happened to thousands of homesteaders during that period. If I'm not mistaken, this Walling guy was given the land by the government who had taken it from the Native Americans. If the courts get in the business of "fixing" 150 year old wrongs then who's to stop them from fixing everything else in this nations history. Hmm, it seems to me that if courts want to make everthing all "better", then I would be much better trying to see if I could get "adopted" by the Apache, Pueblo, or what ever tribe was forced from Wallings acres. Why would I want to be adopted by the DaGrizz Pimping Gang? Why do they even want to "adopt" me? DaGrizz wants me to get a cut? Why doesn't he just buy another share if it is such a great deal. And how much money are we talking? Meaning, how much oil was pumped from a couple thousand acres in Texas?
Oh. yeah that's right there is going to be Billions of dollars in punitive damages. That's why the price of oil is so high, because thats what companies do---get as rich as possible to pay out the max in punitive damages. (Punitive damages are not allowed to excced a level that would put a company into bankruptcy. So wouldn't the oil companies want as little cash and profits as possible so the courts would limit punitive damages). Nope, peak oil in the US lower-48 in 1970-71 is the direct result of this on going litigation. Oil companies have limited production so they could jake up prices to pay DaGrizz. You heard it hear first guys-no shortage of oil. As soon as the Wallings win this case we'll have oil coming out of ears. I'm glad DaGrizz & Co. has enlightened us all. HA!

So far, these guys haven't won this case on the local level (lost it at the trial level, appealed it-lost, and are trying again), but DaGrizz assures us we'll get a check in the mail soon-but we have to act fast--any credit card will do.

Personally, I hope the oil companies win (and Beatrice Thedford goes to jail for fraud) since my family's farm was probably ill-gotten from someone almost 200 years ago and that persons "heirs" might want it back. Manhatten Island bought for a handful of trinkets by the Dutch. What happens if the tribe that occupied it the early 1600's decides the contract was signed under duress and hence invalid? How about slavery-exactly who and how much is owed to their "heirs"? and can I be adopted? It's not the courts job to fix ancient wrong doings, they got enough to do fixing the ones happening now. Like the Wallings scam, Enron, and Worldcom.

I'm done ranting. I'm going to go see if any of my ancestors were wronged by the Normans during their conquest of England-I'm sure somehow or another my butt belong on the British throne.

When I asked the shills to back off, I meant it.

I'm tired of people getting ripped off, preying upon people's greed, the exact opposite of what JWHCC says they are fighting against...

I feel bad for those unfortunate enough to have been taken in by this, as I know it can happen to anybody...I don't think anyone is immune.

On another note, there's a lot of movies related to the con...

Relax

Unread postby cspchief » Sat 16 Jul 2005, 16:48:09

 Just logged on after a long absence. I am truly shocked at the posts I am seeing. Quite simply, just because the news says something is fraud does not mean it is. Just because someone is dragged into court and then charges are dismissed or they settled something to avoid a costly trial does not constitute guilt.

Could any money paid to become a member of this lawsuit be lost? Of course, no one is saying it isn't a risk...everything is a risk and if anyone thinks that anything is a "sure thing" then that is when a fool and his money will depart.

The truth is this is a bonafide lawsuit...sure, it has been attacked by the oil companies repeatedly and the association has survived. Seems to me that everyone involved does not feel like it is a scam because dues continue to be paid....if we do not prevail then every one walks away and at least we tried to right a wrong. If Bea walks away with a million in her pocket then so be it...good luck to her...she has worked hard over the last 30 or more years tryng to get justice for her family.

So why don't you all just lighten up and we will see where this goes. But I have spoken with several people involved and have found nothing but honest hard working people that are trying to get this done...we will see, if you're not involved then don't worry...you have nothing to lose. All of our members know of every fact or rumor you are all typing into this string and yet the memberships continue to be sold without government interferance.

Should the suit get settled and we get our share for our investment of time and money....you may not know it because I won't tell you...however, if you never see me on this post again you can guess why!!! [smilie=coffee2.gif]

A bit of history...or legend

Unread postby cspchief » Fri 22 Jul 2005, 16:40:10

From "Family Tree Legends"
You may have seen this already but it is a nice bit of history. We're talking about land that was part of the chisum trail...remember John Wayne played in a movie on the Chisum trail?

Anyway here is the excerpt:

Individual:
John WALLING Jr, son of John WALLING Sr and Ann CHISUM, was born 19 May
1804 in Barren Co, KY. John's spouse, Rhoda CHISUM, was born 1 Sep 1808in TN. (The ancestors of Rhoda have yet to be proven, but is probably thedaughter of Isham Russell Chisum and Permelia Roberts.) John WALLING Jrdied 18 Jan 1887 in Era, Cooke Co, TX.
Obituary of John Walling Jr, son of John Walling Sr.
"John Walling Jr. died at his home near Era, Cook county at 11 A. M. Tuesday, January 18, 1887. John Walling, was one of Texas grandest oldVeterans and noblest citizens. John Walling was born in Barren County,Kentucky, May 19, 1804. The father and family moved form thence toTennessee in 1806. There John Walling married Rhoda Chisum, in 1824, whostill survives him and is a resident of our county. A veteran of thehardships, trials, and triumphs of 50 years life in all the changes seenin frontier life in Texas.
In 1833 Mr. and Mrs. Walling came to Texas locating in Nacogdoches County. They moved in 1836 to Rusk County where Mr. Walling established aFerry on Sabine River on the Road from Henderson to Marshall and is yetknown as "Walling Ferry." The family then in 1853, moved to Limestonecounty, thence to Cook county in 1870, where they have ever sinceresided, loved and respected by all who knew them.
Mr. Walling served in the War of Independence and engaged in many a conflict with the Red Man during his frontier life.
Peace to his ashes."

------------------------------------------------------------------

Camden, Gregg County, Texas, also known as Walling's Ferry, was on the south bank of the Sabine River, just north of the site of what is nowEaston in the extreme southeastern corner of Gregg County. It was amongthe earliest settlements in the county. The community grew up around aSabine ferry crossing operated by John Walling, who moved to the areaduring the late 1820's or early 1830's. The site was known for many yearsboth as Walling's Ferry and as Camden. Walling's ferry operation, whichwas on the road between Port Caddo and Henderson County, was licensed bythe Mexican government in the early 1830's, and Camden reportedly servedas a stopping point for Sam Houston on his first trip to Texas in 1832.In 1844 the settlement was formally established as a townsite, and thesame year Enoch Hays built a two-story, eight-room log tavern and hotel.A post office under the name Walling's Ferry operated thereintermittently from 1847 to 1872; in 1861 its name was briefly changed toCamden.
During the 1850's, steamboats came up the Sabine as far as Camden. By the Civil War, however, the settlement had begun to decline. A Confederatecolonel who visited the community in 1863 found it unimpressive, andshortly after the war another visitor wrote that the townspeople seemed"notably inert and melancholy." Disease, particularly malaria, which wasrampant along low-lying riverbottoms, and the rise of nearby Iron Bridgeeventually doomed the town. By the late 1860's most of Camden's remainingresidents had moved away, and in the 1870's the town was no longer shownon maps. Camden cemetery was still in use in the 1990's.

EAST TEXAS HERITAGE, Sunday July 23, 1989, Longview News-Journal
by Nancy Ruff - Nancy Ruff is a member Council of eEnealogy Columnists, East Texas Heritage, Longview News-Journal, PO Box 1792, Longview, TX75606.

As early as the late 1820's John Walling arrived in what is now Rusk County, seeking a personal homestead and "to prepare a place . belovedrelations from the east." The Tennesseean purchased a leageu of land fromthe Spanishgovernment headquarter at Nacogdoches. It was a transactioninvolving 4,000 acres of land "on both sides of the Great Sabine River."

He first received a licnse to charge a toll for his ferry operations from the Republic of Mexico. He later bonded himsel to the Commissioners Courtof rusk County to "use a good and safe boat with proper safetyequipment," an interesting precaution for that early date. In return, theWalling Ferry rates were established by the first commissioners of RuskCounty:
? Road Wagon - 1 dollar
? Small Wagon - 50 cents
? Man and Horse - 65 cents
? Cattle and Hogs - 3 cents
? Loose horses - 6 cents each
? Footman - 25 cents each

Such early records provide the early modes of transportation the early Texans used. But the "footman" captures a particular attention in oneearly essay.
Only one footman ever asked for passage on the Walling Ferry witout the 25 cents, and the Ferryman promptly answered him sayng, "If you haven'tgot the 25 cents, it doesn't matter a damn which side of the river youareon anyway!"

By 1844, Walling's Ferry in Rusk County had assumed a "town appearance," according to family records, and at this renamed town of Camden, atavern, consisting of four large rooms on each of two floors, assignedfour beds to each room.

It was not uncommon for beds to be shared" by impromptu bedfellows, not uncommon to the moving frontier society projected by such proprietors astavern keeper Enos Hayes.

Sam Houston cross the Sabine at Camden's Ferry, operated during 1832 by John Walling. On his way to settle disputes and join Gen. ZacharyTaylor's troops along the Mexican border, Robert E. Lee stayed overnightat the Hayes Inn, after crossing the ferry.

By 1840, Jesse Walling, brother of the original Camden town proprietor, moved to the SAbine River townsite to assume the ferry operation. Wallinghad pariticpated in the Battle of san Jacinto, and the veteran hadestablished a settlement near Nacogdoches known as Wallings Settlement.

During 1840, Radford Berry, formerly alcaide of Nacogdoches, served as postmaster for Walling's town. Could this be the same Berry, thatsupposedly defrauded the Walling Heirs out of land left to John WallingI?Some early sources indicate Walling's Ferry on the Sabine River, was named for Jesse, not John Walling. Jesse Walling is known to have livedat Millville, a neighboring town of Camden in Rusk County, the the 1850Census of Rusk County lists only P. M. Walling, a 3rd brother.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('cspchief', 'J')ust because someone is dragged into court and then charges are dismissed or they settled something to avoid a costly trial does not constitute guilt.

You are correct, it does not constitute guilt.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('cspchief', 'T')he truth is this is a bonafide lawsuit...

Likewise, claims that cannot be proven, made by people with no history at all on this website, who reference web-sites that an amateur web-designer could create in 5 hours, does not constitute adequate proof of anything.

The people that have investigated this claim, with their own eyes and ears, believe it to be a scam, myself included. So it would be nice if you would respect our wishes to free and independent search for the truth and stop trying to prove your point by providing no further facts or evidence of any kind.

If you can do so with real facts, then by all means do. Otherwise, you are wasting your time. You can start by providing the bank account of where the money is deposited, all the receipts for lawyer bills and whatnot, and also a full and complete reference of all the legal claims filed over the many years, and the lawyers and law firms used. Since, as you claim, they have been fighting this for many many years, there should be piles and piles of legal paperwork to back up your claim. The legal and factual evidence that we have independently discovered, however, proves otherwise.

walling heirs

Unread postby resqueen » Fri 22 Jul 2005, 21:11:43

1-the increase in gas prices has nothing to do with the walling heirs. I know they would disagree. BUT

It has to do with conditioning the american people to get gas prices in line with Europe. I read something about that years ago and that is my opinion.

2-shakespear1, this winter, or on a day when I am bored I will check out longbets.com. you may have made that up, but I farm/ranch, so you know I am a gambler.

3-Boiling, bless your little heart. I know I should ignore these people that have a hard time pouring a boot out, (EVEN WITH INSTUCTIONS) but you know this is getting to be more fun than a family reunion. Thank you I did need that.

4-cschief thank you dear, you are most eloquent. Hang in here with me and boiling and da grizz, please.

5-shills, someone, crabing about shills yet, onw? see my prior post with the definition of a shill. I can not see where I am a shill.

6-Libel, it takes money to sue for lible. Better to sue for your property. Also when people say things about you that are not true it is usually better to let it ride for awhile. Truth usually comes out. Obviously the whole story is not told yet.

7-Enron did a real good job of screwing people and they are not considered a shill. I know people that lost their pensions and now are working at minimum wage when they should be fishing. Seems recently I read where Enron had profits this past year or some time period since they ripped employees and retirees off. You talk about scams, I think pension plans is the best one yet. That scam is still going, GM is in trouble over pension plans and we have not seen the tip of the ice berg yet.

8-Chucky Bivens  listen to this man speak. It is unbelievable. His lack of intelligence shows in his speech. I can not beleive anyone ever fell for his line.

9-Our Lawyer, Tony is a prince of a man. His picture does not do him justice. The only thing wrong with Tony is he is a LAWYER. But we need him as we are fighting in TEXAS LAW, which is OIL COMPANY LAW. H E double LL did you not know that the police state of Texas is owned by Oil Companies?

10-In my opinion it is unwise to speak ill of Bea Thedford or her family. This lovely lady became aware of the unjustices done to her family years ago. With mostly intestinal fortitude she has tackled the big boys. More power to her. I do not have that kind of nerve and I tip my hat to her. You can tell by the negative posts just a tiny iota of what she has had to put up with.

How about death threats??????had any of those lately ONW? I thought not. Bea has

11- ARE we having FUN yet?
