Didn't the US used to make fun of the Soviet Union for locking up political dissidents on mental illness grounds.

I guess this is an example of Hegelian dialectics: the US example of freedom and free-market capitalism was thesis, the USSR with authoritarianism and communism was antithesis, and now we have synthesis with the US and Russia both exhibiting authoritarianism and crony capitalism.

I doubt there will be a revolution, but hopefully this will start a conversation.

Sometimes I think we should form a shadow government, democratically elected and with no money allowed in the elections, and form a separate police force from ex-military personnel, and have the people's police go out and arrest police or agents who conduct unlawful detentions and violence, and break people out of jail who have been unconstitutionally arrested.

Ridiculous when any 8 year old can tell building 7 didn't come down from fire and therefore NIST report is propagandist garbage. Facebook having kindly close Raub's account, we can't tell how many 'friends' he had on there. Looks to me like an attempt to nip a fire in the bud. Youth these days are into viral information spread. However I think this attempt is pretty futile given that most young folk know NIST is crap already.
