My 1st reply was blocked by the servers, probably here in Australia.

In essence I was saying that the corporations act is widely used to force community groups into a vulnerable power structure for infiltration.

The ideal infiltrator is not an easy person to find or to keep loyal, therefore this activity peaked in the 90's.
