Looking for an in ear AM radio

I am looking for the smallest AM radio possible with reliable reception. It must be able to fit into the ear canal, and preferably flesh tone. Either that, or in-ear flesh tone earbuds with an invisible wire to run from my walkman to my ear. Is there a unit smaller then THIS ONE on the market, and where can I get it?

I'm sure Dubya uses them, or perhaps not, he sounds a bit disjointed now.

Thanks, but I need even smaller if possible, like an ear canal radio, (or wireless ear canal earbuds would work too.)
