It was not working properly and so has been removed. A big server upgrade along with new forum software is coming soon. So that should resolve many of the problems.

What does "soon" means now a days? Is it within 3 months? Nothing seem to sound "imminent" anyway. PeakOil.com needed a new upgrade from top and bottom overkill graphics and bunch of low functions for communication.

Says the guy with the bull Expletive deleted cow avatar. What's your point? I'm sure I'm not the only one who noticed that the forums have been plagued by spam lately.
My scraper copies everything that pops up here, the good and the bad. I suppose I could write a function to double-check if a topic still exists (i.e. moderater deleted the spam topic), but I'd like to tax the forums as little as possible.

I do not know the answer to that. I was simply told, "soon."
