Good practical and very funny advice on losing weight and dealing with your lizard brain.

LOL That was great.

Ya the lizard brain is the first in charge in all animals including ourselves. Then the emotional brain gets seconds. And the weak but powerful logical brain get last place. The logical brain can do some cool stuff, but lizard has a lot more control.

Think of what happen in New Orleans. While I feel bad for everyone that had to get stuck in that mess, I head countless people say "Everyone is acting like animal!!"

Little did they know humans are animals and lizard and emotional brain were taking over the weak logical brain because lizard and emotional brain says SURVIVE!
