Evidence oil is motive for war

When the Bush administration first pushed its agenda to go to war against Iraq, it cited weapons of mass destruction, a possible uranium deal in Africa and links between Saddam Hussein and al-Qaida. When these claims turned out to be either hyped or fraudulent, the White House then tried to wrap the war cause around the need to spread democracy overseas.
