Was of time to watch. Iran can wait out the collapse of the KSA easily. It will not be long.

Iran has some of the worlds most active military special forces well trained in all manner of nastiness. They just completed a multi year anti armour weapons lab in Iraq courtesy of the American taxpayer. Their two biggest problems, Taliban to their east and Saddam to their west, have also been cleared up courtesy of the American taxpayer. The wheel has turned and Iran has been taking names. If I was KSA or Israel I’d be evacuating my noncombatants, if anyone will accept them.

Iran and Saudi are working together, under Russia’s guidance trying to make the world think that the Persian Gulf Region is growing more & more unstable.
The manipulation of crude oil prices has removed all geopolitical risk from the price of crude oil futures. Iran and Iraq are simply trying to re-introduce the risk premium that should be built into oil prices.
Geopolitical risk is the biggest kind of risk there is in the upstream industry.
