This has been public information for well over a year. As far as the rest the usual political BS

“I did not mean that Conservatives are generally stupid; I meant, that stupid persons are generally Conservative. I believe that to be so obvious and undeniable a fact that I hardly think any hon. Gentleman will question it.

ISIS was in the making long before Clinton stumbled along.

Brezhinsky planted it’s seeds in the Carter administration, but people have short memories, don’t they?

Interesting quote, Truth. I’ve always admired JS Mill, even if utilitarianism is not entirely my thing.

You could say the “War on Terror” was in the making long before Clinton. For example the Pentagon has been talking about asymmetrical warfare for quite some time. In fact you could the compass of “fate” has been pointing in this direction since big oil discoveries were made in the ME and Israel was set up over there. War on Terror by admission of government officials themselves will go on for an indefinite period of time. And in fact is such a nebulous concept that it can be used anywhere at anytime to justify any authoritarian action by TPTB. But especially it can be used to justify a military presence anywhere in the world

Absolutely Mak, in fact that is one of the main premises of the book “1984”, a total Police State cannot be attained unless one is in a perpetual state of war and thus people willingly give up rights to be protected and the State completely curtails rights to supposedly safeguard the populace. It is all quite clear and salient for those who wish to know.

    Trump is a moron… The Oregon Militia – Morons…

I agree with you guys that generally speaking, Republicans are less intelligent than democrats (at least in terms of those in Washington).

However, I think that Democrats are a lot more likely to blindly follow the crowd & to fall into the trap of thinking that they understand things they do not…

I know a lot of dumb democrats & a lot of dumb republicans… If not for the urban democrats who sadly do not receive the home education that conservatives are often privileged with, then I would hands down say that Democrats are smarter (generally speaking)…

Democrats vs Republicans. Divide and conquer. One of the oldest strategies in the book.

The oligarchy could care less which side anyone belongs to. It makes no difference to the real power brokers. They control both.

dave, you may get to see a repeat this November. Neither front runner has all of their marbles and both are war mongers. Doesn’t say much for the ‘exceptional’ country does it?

guess it’s just too painful for many here to accept the fact that Clinton-Ø created ISIL.  That fun Mohammedan group was never heard of before 2014, and it was Ø, with Hotflash’s backing, who pulled our troops out of Iraq in 2010 so that he could say that it had been “mission accomplished” under his supervision.

But we know that the American citizens here who are Trump-hating voters cannot tear themselves loose from the Demonic Party, no matter what crimes it commits.  As for the non-Americans, they and their drivel are irrelevant.

Absolutely. You make your bed, you get to sleep in it. Pleasant dreams……..

their just the newest incarnation of the boogieman in the never ending War on Terror waged principally by the US.

Blasting apart the regime in Iraq and a long occupation made an incubator to evolve forms and methods of terrorism more sophisticated and brutal than what was originally indigenous. I see the mistake as reliance on hired locals to take out Bin Laden and failing, and going on to occupy the country, followed by invasion and occupation of Iraq. The few who survive the battle against the well trained and equipped occupiers become extremely well versed via pure Darwin in the chaos thus created. In a region with ancient tribal and religious animosities barely held relatively static with often brutal dictatorships, taking out the strong man simply unleashes the wild men who fight the occupier and each other until enough players are spent or broke and a new shaky balance takes hold. Decades? Centuries? Hard to say.

The CIA got Ho Chi Mhin started, then they sent thousands of young Americans to die when Uncle Ho became a naughty boy. The US started al qaeda in Afghanistan only this time they miscalculated, they used religion as a substitute for ideology, they lost control of the project and created a movement that became an enemy because the Muslims are not stupid, they know that the
US aided them against Russia in Afghanistan and in Yugoslavia but the US is to them just a place of greed and ignorance, and they are the enlightened moral, superior people of the true book, they will accept your help but they don’t have to thank you. America didn’t realise that it has allowed a cuckoo into the nest, and it’s killing it’s Americas friends in Europe. Europe will likely split into an even more fractured place in 10 years, Muslims will fight for their own country in Western Europe. People don’t see the danger of this possibility, but it’s very real.

  24. makati1 on Thu, 7th Jan 2016 6:32 am

joe, I don’t give Europe 10 years to fracture, maybe two at the most. The avalanche seems to have started. By 2017, it should be obvious.
