Why the world will never change

Enviroment

As the world population reaches in excess of 7 Billion people of which China and India make up over 3 billion alone, one has to wonder how the world would change in the next few years.  Well, it won’t.

You see, the world exists cause everybody on earth plays an integral part in how the world runs.  Their simply HAS to be the poor, the middle class and the super wealthy.  Without either of these, the world will cease to exist as it is today.  We all need each other in every possible way whether you like it or not.  We co exist together and that’s the way it is!

Imagine a world where everyone is healthy and wealthy. A world with no disease.  A world such as Elysium – recently released on circuit.  That’s just crazy number 1 and number 2 that “perfect world” will destroy itself within a decade.  Why you may ask?

Well, lets say hypothetically everyone is wealthy, living the wealthy lifestyles of the rich and famous.  Now you, as a rich pleb, are you going to do your own washing? clean the house? Take the garbage to a land fill?   Of course you not, you not doing it now living an average life, why the heck would you do it when you are wealthier as the next wealthy person raking in R1 million a year and more…

Now you saying well I’m wealthy, i”ll just get people to do it and pay them, well, you can’t because everyone is wealthy and no wealthy person is going to do that and no wealthy person wants to be working for someone else so you leave an integral gap in society…

You see, we need you, we need everyone in our society to make our society better.  We need the garbage removers, the cleaners, the wana be’s and the i ams.  We need everyone.

So can we change our destiny?  do we have a destiny?  There isn’t a gap left and there will never be a gap because if a gap exists their will be a donimo effect or rather a ripple effect through our society which will cause chaos and destroy worlds.

We need people to create, people to market, people to assess and sell, we need the super wealthy with their contacts and business acumen, the Trumps of this world, the gates, the jobs.  We need the ones that are on average 10% brighter than the average person, we need the wars that have been and are yet to come, we need the chaos that man creates by itself, we need the design and the flaws and we need the failures. We need the Malema’s of this world.  Ok maybe the world can do without that one.

Point is i hear people chatting about a better world, where everyone is healthy and everyone is wealthy.  That world doesn’t exists, cause quit simply, it cant exist.

This is one mans opinion and my opinion is that we are doomed as a race, as a world, as a population controlling the world cause only in humans can many live happily whilst others die.

I think this was written on the other side of the Looking Glass by the Mad Hatter. How did it get here?

rollin, I agree. It was written from the viewpoint of the elite. “We need slaves, nothing else will work!” Never considering that there are other systems that work better, and did, until we settled in towns and greed took over. We do not need anything beyond water, food and shelter to be happy.

Look at the slums of any 3rd world country for proof of that observation. They may not live 80 years, but they do know how to be happy with what they have. Maybe 30+ years of happiness is better than 80 of slavery to the elite?

I’m not sure if this was meant as tongue-in-cheek, but it does bring up a point I’ve made in the past: reducing human population won’t necessarily reduce our collective consumption of resources. We’ll use our energy slaves and whatever resources are available to ‘improve’ the standards of living for as many humans as possible, if only to sell them things.

Basic needs aren’t enough in a world of people who are constantly programed to want more. If we don’t grow the population, we’ll grow the per capita desire to accumulate stuff. Not sure how we fix that, but Nature surely will. Meanwhile, the poor will still stand in line for the next i-Phone or holiday sale because they are sure that’s where happiness is.

The nobles, in France, thought it was necessary that in a nation there were nobles, bourgeois, peasants and poor people… until it went too far, and there was a small revolution!
To avoid problems, as thought by the romans, lots of TV programs and food-stamps are required… and a bit of healthcare also!
But most of you (especially the well-off) prefer to believe that “everyone is needed”, starving people included… we will see the effects of this policy!
