Many of us have our food and other items shipped from far away on vehicles that require oil. Likewise many of the plastic household products that are used on a daily basis are also created with oil.
With that being the case it is important to discuss the topic of peak oil, to decide if it is a legitimate concern or just fear mongering. Marion King Hubbert is the founder of the peak oil theory, and he predicted that oil should have peaked ten years ago. If he was correct than a major oil crisis could be coming any day now, but was he correct?
There are many who believe that the scarcity of oil is something that has been artificially created by the ruling class, through using government to stifle innovation and control oil regions, and flat out sabotaging anyone who happens to come up with a better idea. This is similar to the way the ruling class has managed to maintain a high price and level of scarcity for diamonds, even though they are widely abundant in many parts of the world.
Many in the alternative research community feel that there are many more safe and abundant resources that we have been unable to tab into. Nikola Tesla offered several devices of that nature, and like many other creative people he was railroaded by the likes of Rockefller, JP Morgan, Ford and others who had interest in maintaining the oil dependency paradigm.
However, regardless of the legitimacy or illegitimacy of the peak oil theory, the fact does remain that using oil as a primary source of energy is detrimental to human health, the animal kingdom, the planet, and even the marketplace.
On Saturdays Bob Tuskin Show Liam Sheff will join us at 6pm Eastern Standard Time to discuss the aforementioned issue and lay out his opinions on the topic in an exclusive and candid interview.

I know 10 year olds that have a better handle on reality than the author of this piece.
Wow, just wow.

I bet he went to Cinderella’s ball and found her glass slipper also. This should have started with “Once upon a time…”
The world can barely agree on the correct time, yet he wants us to believe that ALL of the oil business is being controlled by a few people. That thousands of scientists, geologists, bankers, etc are all in on the scam AND have been able to keep it secret for decades, if not longer. That there are not finite limits on a finite planet.
Time for the boys from the mental hospital to reserve a room for this guy…lol.

Peak convential oil is reality. But it turned out there were some hidden crumbs in the bread basket after all.
Ok, and now for some ‘tech porn’ that is likely less problematic than thorium or shale::

This is pretty much what Alex Jones says. He (Alex) kinda go into detail but not really because I feel his example are sketchy and there is too few of them to prove his big theory of there being no such thing as peak oil. Either way these guys are kinda correct that in the end, it someone else besides the average Joe that really benefits from fossil fuels

Nice article, Arthur. I’m sure there are more ways to make electric than we use today, but this is not a proven method. “Could” is a word you do not use if you have a working product. It puts it into the tech fantasy category for those who have seen all of the ‘coulds’ go down in flames or silently disappear over the years.
