The End of the Saudi Oil Reserve Margin

Production

Riyadh is less and less able to cushion supply shocks as it consumes more and more of its own oil.

President Obama’s sanctions plan on Iran follows an old Mideast policy playbook. Western moves against an oil-exporting country take place with the cooperation of Saudi Arabia. U.S. strategy requires the Saudis to ramp up production and replace Iranian exports in hope of avoiding a damaging spike in prices.

It’s a familiar scenario: At one time or another, the Saudis have been called upon to replace exports from Iran, Iraq, Kuwait and, most recently, Libya. The idea is to have your cake and eat it—to meet U.S. foreign policy goals without disrupting oil markets and antagonizing the American motorist.

Wow and here I didnt think the Wall St Urinal beleived in Export-Land Model, PO, or even that the US uses SA as its fuel-bank, to be called on to ‘flood’ the world with oil everytime the US terror-state seeks to disrupt oil production with its ceaseless invasions, attacks and sabre-rattling.

A bit of truth? But then, it is getting harder and harder to cover up the truth in the internet world. That is why the Us is trying so hard to get control of it. (The internet) The old playbooks are no good anymore. They are not relevant to the 21st century. Nor is the Us relevant to the world we live in today.

If they can’t ramp up and show the world 12.5, the price will stay high or shoot up very fast after it crashes…

Individuals, business and politicians need to quit listening to the oil industry propaganda and develop a plan to deal with higher energy prices and reduces supplies.

Kenz, while you are correct, no one is going to change what they WANT to believe. Without cheap oil, Most individuals lives would change drastically in a negative way, many, if not most, businesses cannot exist, and politicians would have to actually be intelligent and make responsible decisions NOT based on being re-elected. NOT going to happen.
