Here is an excellent new animated short that ties resource depletion, environmental destruction and the end of growth into a single tidy package. For those of you already versed in this subject matter, this might still be good review; for those of you who don’t, PLEASE DON’T PANIC! And when introducing this to people, please remind them that they will need a couple of years to come to terms with this, and should try to not panic in the meantime.

This is a great video! The best I have seen. Everyone should watch this. Of course, I’m sure some will say this is BS, but that’s okay, they’ll find out the hard way, and be taken out of the gene pool.

Overall this was pretty good, with a few items glossed over but it still hits the mark on runaway consumption and core topics like peak oil, EROEI and the like.
I grew up on Warner Brother cartoons, so it’s always weird to see this 30 minute animated thing using old animation techniques. Remember the Jetsons?
I never share links and I actually shared this w/ just a few close friends – as I didn’t wanna freak anybody out too much.

Brilliant. Explained in such a way that everyone should understand the truth.

Dermot rocks, I knew him at Savinar’s old site “Life after the oil crash”.
