Report: Oil Peak between 2010-2015

Foundation Peak Oil Netherlands have made an analysis based on new oil projects, declining oil production, future discoveries, possible increases from the existing decling base and technological increases. Their conclusion is that oil production will peak between 2010 and 2015.
