Rising inventories may not induce lower oil prices – CGES

Rising energy stockpiles may not induce lower prices for the time being because of the lack of spare global refining production capacity, the Centre for Global Energy Studies said.

Analysts at the centre said global refining constraints have now skewed the formula of working out oil prices in comparison to stock levels.
