Renewable energy plant under consideration

Investigations are under way into the feasibility of constructing a renewable energy plant adjacent to Dartmoor’s sawmill, in a move that would secure the future of its 120 workers.

GTFP regional manager Wayne Glynn says in addition to creating 200 jobs during the construction phase and 20 permanent jobs upon completion, the initiative would provide a range of other benefits.
