Norway and Russia to cooperate on energy development

Prime Minister Kjell Magne Bondevik, who is on a three-day visit to Moscow, has announced that there will be a closer cooperation between Norway and Russia on the development of energy.

He signed an agreement to this end with his Russian colleague, Mikhail Fradkov.
