ATA offers suggestions to mitigate dramatic spikes in fuel prices

In an effort to mitigate dramatic spikes in fuel prices similar to those in 2008, the American Trucking Associations (ATA) today called on Congress to increase the transparency of futures markets and impose reasonable aggregate position limits on energy commodities.
