Crisis boils down to human greed-Iran

Iran’s oil minister did not shrink from moral judgement of the world’s economic woes on Wednesday.

Gholamhossein Nozari referred to “human greed which is at the root of the current economic crisis.”

Oil ministers in OPEC have already blamed bad economic management in the United States for the downturn, deflecting accusations that high oil prices were also to blame.

Speaking to an OPEC seminar of world energy leaders, Nozari also took aim at the biofuels sector, a regular target for the oil exporter group.
