Report outlines California

A new report by a US-based environmental research group has outlined how solar power technology can become affordable for the average homeowner in California in just over ten years. The study, by Environment California Research and Policy Centre, estimates that the cost of solar could lower to a point where it would need no government rebate assistance by 2016.
