Shell, Rosneft agree oil, gas cooperation accord

Royal Dutch Shell PLC and Russian energy group Rosneft have reached a strategic cooperation agreement covering projects in the oil and gas sectors, Rosneft said.

The agreement was signed in Moscow on Friday by Rosneft president Sergey Bogdanchikov and Shell chief executive Jeroen van der Veer.
