Not only are gas prices affecting what you pay at the pump, but it could affect what you pay at the grocery store. Higher product shipment costs could add more money to food costs. Store Manager Dee Esch knows what it’s like to brave the tides of high rising gas prices.
Dee Esch: “So far we’re keeping our heads above water.”
But not even a family-owned party store like Terranova could avoid the harsh blow from gas costs, a blow that costs the store $20-25 extra for beer and pop deliveries already, and could lead to extra costs on grocery.
