Preliminary Report on GCC Nuclear Energy by Year-End

The road toward developing a nuclear-energy program for Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries that would decrease dependency on oil started in the capital yesterday with the arrival of a special team from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
