According to Dr. Bakhtiari, the world has now reached and passed the point of Peak Oil. Bakhtiari has recently published an essay entitled “The Century of Roots.” Bakhtiari has reviewed the available evidence on world oil production and believes that world output peaked absolutely in 2006.
