Rolls-Royce locates fuel cell operation at Stark State

Rolls-Royce will headquarter its U.S. fuel-cell subsidiary at Stark State College of Technology.

Mark Fleiner, president of Rolls-Royce Fuel Cell Systems (U.S.) made the announcement Friday at the dedication of Stark State
