Etopia Media – Michael Armstrong is the Operations Manager of the City of Portland’s Office of Sustainable Development (OSD) (Dan Saltzman, Commissioner; Susan Anderson, Director). He’s also staff to the recently-appointed and groundbreaking Portland Peak Oil Task Force.
