Russia to Further Restrict Foreign Oil Groups

FT.com – A senior Russian minister on Tuesday proposed tightening restrictions on foreign oil companies and increasing the number of oil and gas fields which the government defines as strategic, in a sign of increasingly nationalistic policy towards energy resources.
