OPEC Chief Calls for Stable Oil Prices

SEOUL (Yonhap) _ The head of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) Monday called for concerted efforts by both oil producers and importers to stabilize prices.

“High prices do not benefit oil producers,” OPEC President Edmund Daukoru said in a keynote address at a forum attended by heads of local energy companies.
