Saudi Oil Minister Warns of Refinery Depression

The world’s largest oil producer, Saudi Arabia’s Oil Minister Ali al-Naimi, said the world will face a serious refinery problem in the next four years.

The minister noted that the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) will be able to meet the growing global crude oil demand, but announced the world will face a serious refinery problem.
