IAEA reports Tehran to UN

THE UN nuclear watchdog has voted to report Iran to the United Nations Security Council over fears it is developing atomic weapons, sparking a defiant response from Tehran.

Iran immediately retaliated by saying it would begin full-scale uranium enrichment and would limit UN nuclear inspections.
