It’s a reality that policy makers and consumers must deal with. The only real solution is conservation, said Charles Maxwell, senior energy analyst at Greenwich-based Weeden & Co., who addressed yesterday’s Greenwich Chamber of Commerce 2006 Economic Outlook luncheon.
There are only 2 trillion to 3 trillion barrels of oil available on the planet, said Maxwell, who spoke at the Milbrook Country Club in Greenwich.
